Brock House consisted of Shell & Core Works of a 6 Storey Building Refurbishment adjacent to the BBC Building off Oxford Street.

The project posed tight logistical and programme restrictions.

Mechanical Heat Recovery System along with Boosted Hot & Cold Services and Smoke Extraction Systems we installed along with Internal Cast iron Rainwater & Above Ground Drainage. 

BMS and Leak Detection Systems were also provided and the design was carried out by Redstar.
