The new standalone two storey building housed a sports hall, classrooms, offices and associated communal and toilet facilities.

Gas fired boilers were installed along with Air Handling Units, Radiator & Underfloor heating Systems.

Daikin VRV Air Conditioning was employed throughout providing heating and cooling.

A Siemens BMS system was installed to control the buildings mechanical services.
